If you want to print your own cards, you'll need business card paper or stationery (unless you choose to cut your own cardstock, which I don't recommend... it looks and even feels unprofessional) and a good high-resolution color printer.

Just don't skimp on these items.  Get heavy, thick, non-perforated business card paper and use the best printer and ink you can get your hands on.  Sure, you'll spend a bit, but your image (and your profit margin) are more intimately tied up in your business cards than you probably imagine.
